Standard Support grants access to all our online resources
including the Knowledge Base, Community Forums, as well as full access to our
Support
Portal and Tutorials. Response occurs within 3 business
days with standard support, and each question submitted to the
portal is addressed to the best of our abilities.
Gold Support has the same benefits of standard support, but
allows you:

- Very quick response times to the
support portal cases (often immediately)
- Free upgrades during the duration of
the contract

Support Portal
Our customer support portal system
accurately tracks your case and is automatically routed to an
engineer, you can also email your requests to supportdesk@hubsoftware.com
to have your ticket created for you automatically. Response times
are within 3 business hours for gold support subscribers during
business hours, and within 3 business days for standard free
support. When an engineer adds a comment to your case, you will
receive an email notification.
The status of your cases can be accessed from the portal and you
may close or reopen existing cases. We use this system as opposed
to email because it's easier for us to track the case, route it to
a different engineer, and the system works regardless of SPAM
filtering on your or our servers. Your cases are only visible by
yourself and Hub Software engineers.
